"The stay was ok. The bed was terrible it felt like two beds fixed together, one was so worn out it was like sleeping in a bath. The tv wouldn’t work correctly, only half the buttons on the remote worked so we couldn’t retune the set."

Tv was a good size and breakfast was delicious. Good selection of cereals, pastry, hot food, could have as much as we wanted. The only thing that let our stay down a bit this time was the WiFi. Previous stay it was great but this time we were at the end of the corridor and the signal wasn't great, it kept dropping off, even our data didn't work well in that room. If it wasn't for the WiFi then would of rated it excellent instead of good. "

"Room was average for a Hilton. Pillowbwere excellent but the bed was hard. TV was only slightly bigger than a portable ana didn't accept my fire stick so unable to watch iPlayer etc. Poor really when you consider the cost of the rooms. Pricea in the restaurant for food was over the top. 22.50 for a steak pie is obscene. I stay for work and they pay. But I wouldn't if I was paying "
