"Amazing beautiful property but the valet is rude and not attentive. The front desk Caucasian men was not helpful. Apparently there was not any rooms available for early checking so check in was like 3p or 4p. I had a wedding to attend and the front desk stated I can just go to bathroom to change I wasn’t able to stay at the property due to the wedding ending late and having to catch my flight back home that morning 5am"
