Pros:
1. Good location
2. It is like an apartment with microwave, fridge, sink, oven and even a dishwasher
3. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.
Cons
1. No real breakfast. Just take snacks and go
2. Other guests that stay there are horrible
3. Smoke, weed, dogs and weird people
Gym was limited. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Rooms were clea . Staff at night and on checkout were amazing. My first room 6 cards later I never did get into the room but checkin lady was great.
Don't fall for the "breakfast included". There was no coffee by 7 am and the "breakfast" is just an oatmeal pack, a prepackaged muffin and a trail bar. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable, they do give you 4 pillows but they are super "pillowy" so they would deflate when you put your head on the pillow. They could definitely improve breakfast and get 5 starts.
The space was amazing from start to finish! I was skeptical at first, looking from the outside and knowing this part of town, but don’t judge a book by its cover!
From the beginning, I called before I got there and was greeted by Miguel, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I was looking for! The hotel is going through management changes and renovations, and even while dealing with that, the entire staff always were approachable, professional, and patient.
I stayed for a week, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from such a place. My expectations were certainly exceeded! Not to mention the price being the best/ fairest you’ll get in the Galleria, without the absurd parking charges that you pay everywhere else. I can’t wait to see how this hotel grows over time, and I hope to be back!
We originally got a room with a king bed and pull out bed for myself, mom, niece (18) and child (11). The front desk had said that she was going to upgrade us to their last 2 queen beds with no charge. Which was nice. Parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We got up to the first floor where our room was. We passed several rooms that looked like they were renovating.
The room wasn’t terrible. But can tell needed a little TLC. But it was only for 1 night. There were gnats in the freezer and flying around. I normally don’t walk barefoot around hotels. But the floors felt rough, like they needed a good scrub.
Just needed a place to stay for one night to attend a conference nearby, this place met my needs for that. But anyone who plans to stay longer, cook, and eat should remember to bring pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, coffee, mugs, glasses, etc. To check in and check out I had to wait a few minuets each time for someone to appear at the front desk, which was somewhat annoying.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Hot tub was freezing cold, breakfast was really lame as well.
Breakfast choices were poor. Only carry iut cheap muffuns and fugbars. The worse I had. Coffee is decent. Laundry room had 2 broken machines. Our room 309 had heavily imbedded with smell made all if ys felt sick.
Property was fine, the first night of my stay a lady was yelling and ranting for over an hour, woke me up and the second night, around 3 am, very loud music playing. Not sure what rules or guidelines the property has now
