This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. As seen in other reviews, the maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly, but the welcome at reception is definitely less than 5 star. Friendly efficient staff. Room clean & comfortable, especially the bed. The air con was noisy & The Castle is next to the highway; otherwise great place for a one night stop. The bistro was excellent.

Amazing, clean with a very nice beach.

So lovely. A bit out of the way but worth the drive. The place is beautiful with a large bedroom, nice balcony, good shower, they even provide a hot water urn for those of us that prefer a cup of tea that doesn’t taste of old coffee! Lovely walk to the village, quiet, well maintained with breakfast, a sauna, gym and free laundry if you need it. All the staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

We had a lovely couple of nights at the Cove. The 2 bed apartment was a great size and very nicely furnished with a brilliant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We ate dinner at the Landing and enjoyed it. We also rented a boat from the rental company and a very enjoyable 2 hours on the lake, then spent the rest of our time around the pool. Good hotel. Had a lovely room with jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the lake . The pool area was great, enjoyed the outdoor hot tub at night. Didn’t eat in the hotel but got a drink in the bar. Close to the town centre so went out for meals.
