The staff, from check in, to check out including restaurant & pool were all excellent.
Enjoyed the restaurant, pool & hot tubs!
The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. We appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, and mini fridge. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Location was very central.
Fantastic stay! The staff were amazing in accommodating a last minute change of plans. Ski concierge was fantastic and hot tub and the views were stunning!
Excellent location for access to the ski lifts, local shops and restaurants. Facilities include ski storage and tuning. Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff
The room was clean, fresh towels every day. A pool in hot tub area was fabulous after skiing. Buy your ski passes onlinin a couple weeks in advance as it saves you nearly 40%. Otherwise, we love the mountain and it great for our kids who are beginner to intermediate snoboarders.
The hotel was amazing. Rooms clean, staff very helpful and accomadating. Beds very comfortable. We stayed in a double with 2 x queens.
I didnt like that I had to pay 35$ for parking. And i was disappointed that when I saw the room online at 127$/ night the price increased while I was booking and the total ended up at 215$/ night. Not including the parking fee.
A nice spot but I will not stay again.

Staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub closed at 9 which is in my opinion too early. No air conditioning in the rooms! 4th floor room was way too hot. The windows didn’t open enough to make a difference and it made for an uncomfortable night. Didn’t like the fact that parking wasn’t included in the hotel room cost. It’s extra per vehicle.
Parking costs extra—$33 a night and no option to park on street overnight. Pool is very nice. But it closes at 9?!! We got in at 8:45 and I was looking forward to a hot tub but the pool area was closed. The next evening it was filled with crazy kids on the soccer weekend and closed again at 9 when it was still light out and filled with people. I wish they had adults only from 9-10. But please keep it open later until 10 or 11. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7 and there is no coffee offered anywhere on site besides your room. If you are an early riser and don’t want to wake others this isn’t great. Most hotels offer coffee and water in the lobby now. The rooms are clean and very nice. Hotel is nice and access to walking in village and on trails great.
