"The staff were very attentive and helpful. The site is going through an extensive reno right now, but staff tried their best to keep the site as functional and peaceful as possible. We asked for, and got, a large room with a kitchenette, but it put us at the end of the property near the driveway construction. The workers kept decent hours and we weren't bothered by them or by noise. The reno'd hotel will be fabulous when it's finished! Right on the river, too, with a lovely view. "

"This is a really cool boutique Hotel and yea it's old but that's kind of the charm right? Anyway, we found access to the hotel not that bad just Kamloops has alot of 1 way streets. But I digress, the hotel was nice and clean and amazingly quiet. The breakfast was a nice surprise a was very good. My son really liked the hash browns. The only downside was parking, if you don't get into the free spots(not that many of them) you have to park on the street or in a pay parking lot about a block...
