The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. "Loved that we saw no other tourists here and in the city walking around. The staff were great and this hotel was well priced as a stopgap between Thekaddey and Kochin. We stayed here to be close to visit the Bird Sanctuary. Walking around town was fascinating and lots of stores giving a glimpse into every day life of locals. "

"Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms."

"Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."
