"3 rooms booked for out of town guests at a funeral. I was 40000 ft in the air flying at the time the guests started to arrive. Guest were told there is only 1 room booked. Guest had to spend their own funds and book room to stay. Shameful. I appologized to guests once I landed and found out. I ran to IHG cochin and found 3 rooms booked. Front desk was very ignorant how things work. Very rude but called me Sir a thousand times. Unappologetic. I use IHG so thought it would be fine. But for IHG Cochin never again."

Breakfast and dinner had all types of food, North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Southeast asian, etc. Desserts variety was also very good. I am sure when I visit Kochi again, Le Meridien is my place "

"The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful. "
