"Stayed here for a couple nights whilst visiting Kochi. The rooms, facilities and staff were excellent. Importantly bed and pillows were comfortable for a good nights rest. "

"Room clean and spacious. Restaurant was ok, most breakfast items are arranged so early that most bread and pastries dry up. Food in the restaurant including a lacarte is ok. Restaurant staff need to be focused on what is asked of them. Not very good at taking requests. Best service was the check in and check out. Airport transfer brilliant. Swimming pool nice. Spa good. "The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful. "
