"Property is a bit older ! The staff was great specially Tiana at the front desk , the room was clean, the sheets and pillow case were a bit rough overall a descent stay ."

"Clean but very dated facility. Rooms have low 8' ceilings with popcorn finish, nothing updated in last 30 years. Beds and pillows are okay for a short stay. Outdoor entrance to the room equals low security. A lot of road noise. Buffet food is mediocre at best, and expensive. Eat elsewhere. This is a budget tourist hotel complex, not a resort or for business travelers."

Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 "

"The property was very beautiful. Location was amazing. The restaurants and bars around were fun and good food but the valet parking is ridiculous its very expensive and you have to walk around the corner to get your car and bring your luggage and carry it very inconvenient for such a nice hotel."

"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "
