"I stayed at this hotel from Feb 27th to March 3rd. My main complaint is that after our stay, the receptionist refused to return my $100 cash deposit, claiming our room smelled like weed and threatening to charge an additional $150 to my card. At no time did we smoke inside the room—my girlfriend and I always smoked outside in the balcony hallways, as did other guests. When my girlfriend tried to check out, the receptionist delayed the process, saying we needed to return the key cards and wait for the person who booked the room. When I arrived for the deposit, I was confronted about the alleged smell. I denied smoking inside, but the receptionist accused me of being abusive to my girlfriend, which both of us said was untrue. She threatened to call the police but never did, so I called them myself. The officers later told me there might be a $150 charge due to the smell, but I still never got my $100 deposit back. This delay caused me to miss my flight, forcing me to wait at the airport all day for a new flight. I want to emphasize that, aside from this incident, the rest of the staff—especially Rocio from housekeeping—was great. However, this experience left a negative impression. Being accused without evidence and losing my deposit ruined what had otherwise been a good stay, and I would not return to this hotel or recommend Los Angeles based on this experience. "

"The hotel location was good. Charging a huge amount plus tax for parking for one night is criminal. Absolutely obscene. And then a "resort fee" on top of that! For what? This is a hotel, not a resort by anyone's definition. This is pure price gouging. Sorry, but you asked for feedback and this is ours."

"I thought the area was ok and safe to walk around in. There’s a bakery across the street too that I really enjoyed. The parking garage is secure also. "

"Decent hotel in the heart of Koreatown. It’s within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and shops. The walls in the place are paper-thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing at all hours. Breakfast was sub-par but free so can’t complain too much."
