The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. "This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "

"It's a good place for the price and it is easy to come and go as you please. It's close to South pier, on the tram route into Central Blackpool and bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham and Blackpool South railway station for Preston and beyond. Fairly quiet and there are nearby facilities."

"Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast."
