Friendly helpful.

Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz.

The room we had wasn’t hoovered mirror hadn’t been cleaned,noise levels at night time was horrendous kids running around well after midnight shouting and general banging from other rooms,not the best nights sleep and won’t be back.

Get what you pay for!

Stayed here sat 3/12/22 with my son last minute as meeting up with friends and so close to Christmas didn’t want to pay a lot very basic, clean but run down paint flaking off walls, needs modernisation, given our room 2 flights of stairs room 4. Only to hear lots of shouting and swearing by occupant from 6, complained to man on reception and I asked to move as didn’t feel comfortable, he was willing to change my room but once no 6 was confronted they added him to leave telling me he was out there by council ( homeless). We stayed in our room and had reasonably comfy night, mattress dipped to side. Ok fir a night but would definitely pay bit more to go elsewhere.

The rooms were terrible, shower not working toilet not working …parking you couldn’t find as it was first come first served and once you move your car to go to ship or a restaurant there was no guarantee that you can find again the parking space even though you paid 200£ for a single night !!

The hotel is close to all attractions. WiFi is horrible, rooms are small and can accommodate only a bed . No telephone , no toiletries available.

Family room was up two lots of stairs room was not upto standard beds was lumpy pillows were hard staff did not change mugs or given clean towels and owner was rude arrogant was to busy asking to move cars round on carpark even ringing while we was out trying to enjoy ourselfs would not stay there again.

When i arrived at 17.30pm there was no one there door was locked and hotel looked empty car park had 1 car mine made it 2 there was a number above door to ring so rang after 5 mins someone answers and i give details i tell them from start i am outside its cold its about 3 degrees ts been snowing its raining and windy then phone call gets disconnected so i call again 3 mins this time and someone then comes to the door asking who i was i said i booked a room online after taking details and payment upfront they say room is on second floor when i go into room its freezing cold so look at a radiator is off so turn on and starts to get warm room was not to bad but in my opinion not worth £30 i did have coffee and tea facilities for 2 cups and shower and toilet in my opinion someone should have been there knowing you have a booking would i go there again no.it was near a weatherspoons but its a good 10 mins walk not 2 mins as told so i took car location very good right next door to pleasure beach and room had seaview

Room and en-suite were a good size compared to other such accommodation in Blackpool and clean. We stayed in a family room (two adults and two teenagers). Room had a double bed and two single beds and there was still plenty of room. Flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Hot/cold buffet style breakfast available for £4.99 per adult and £3.99 per child. I would recommend it. Free parking and WiFi also included in the price of our stay.

Satisfactory for price, clean, would use again for short stay, (2 to 3 nights) staff v. Good helpful a bit frugal in room with tea/ coffee/milk I don't think rooms are cleaned daily
