Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold ..."

"Basic hotel - but EXTREMELY well situated steps from the beach. Bicycle rental on site makes entire city accessible. Amazing spot - wish we had stayed longer. If you are a couple travelling not many rooms have 2x single beds - pay attention when booking :)"
