"Staff extremely polite and helpful. When I couldn't get my card to work in the coffee machine, the night shift attendant sorted me a coffee, out of his own allowance. Rooms are kept really clean,with a generous towel allowance. All in all, an extremely well priced hotel. "

"- noticeable smudges on walls and door in bathroom - pillow, blanket and sheets smelled used (we requested replacement, unsure if it was actioned as the same smell persisted) - constant footstep noise from level above "

"There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, all three days we were there. Since the room was cleaned an hour before we checked in, someone should have noticed this. It smelled like sewer. Also, the bed in the standard room was surrounded on three sides by walls (not shown in pictures) which meant no table on one side and you had to climb over your partner to get out. The location on the Keizersgracht is great but we won't stay here again. This is not exactly a discount hotel so we expected better."
