We drove from Amsterdam to Cologne, Germany. Great location for one night. We visit cologne cathedral and other places. The next day we drove to our destination of Luxembourg. Stay at the best western on victor huge. Highly recommend.

on the second day of my stay when I got back in the evening, I found the room not done and dirty. Asked them, the staff member told me that housekeeping happens every third day of the stay and is done on demand for a charge. To which I pointed out the expedia note on the daily housekeeping. BS at best.

Drove past as we didn't recognise it ( thought it was bigger)Booking in was a bit of a faff as I hadn't had the booking in email ,staff soon sorted it thought & helped me log in.assigned room 21 ground floor.Private bathroom in every room. It was small but perfectly formed.Adequate for us as we're small people.Not a lot of storage for bikers gear 2 drawers in the bed end, Our bike jackets were soaked so had to leave them in cafe are on the coat rack for 2 days to dry.Staff lovely food great all in all was a great find & would use again.Lovely find

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. ..."
