"The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant, coffee shop and breakfast room mentioned in the right up were all part of the motorway services. Costa was good for breakfast. The breakfast room food was cold and awful especially trying to eat it with a wooden knife and fork."

"Loved everything about the place, great specced rooms at fair prices and the steak I had for dinner there was top notch. Only minor downside was that the gentleman who booked me in said it was room only, whereas when I booked through hotels.com it said free breakfast. I should have queried it with him, but I let it slide as everything else was perfect. Maybe the owner needs to check the advertisement on hotels.com? Otherwise, couldn't recommend enough. I would happily stay again on my next visit."
