The first room was smelly. They switched me to another room which was ok. The tv was on HD and the picture kept breaking up. Wben you flushed the loo it kept flushing for 10 minutes. The bed was good and I had a good nights sleep. I could access the food area for breakfast without going outdoors.

Parking was easy, lots of spaces close to the Reception area and 24hrs of free cover provided in our overnight booking. Room was clean and functional, albeit slightly dated but everything worked - perfect for an overnight stopover. There were plenty who had dogs with them and a small lake at the back of the property for walking around. We couldn't hear any real noise from the nearby roads and the bedding was great, very comfortable. The Receptionist was also really helpful and friendly
