"Extreme bad!!!! First, the hotel has changed. There is no sign to say hotiday. And it is on one way street. I cycle the road for one hour and I finally went in to ask. Second. It says free parking. The car park is full and there are no street parking. Very very bad. Lastly. I stay Friday to Tuesday. Entire stay, WiFi is down. Nobody fixes. The explain is “it is weekend”. I want my full money back. I wasted so much my money on my phone roaming, time for parking. Nothing good about this place at all. Very very very unpleasant "

"Great property for an easy stay near the airport -- minutes walk to the T2 tram stop and just one stop to the airport. It is modern and well-kept for a comfortable stay. The only letdown was the wifi was poor or could not be connected but it was a quick overnight stay to catch a morning flight, so I just left earlier to the airport to use the wifi there."

"Location is great, breakfast included and that is great but the coffee machine did not give hot chocolate. Staff ate friendly. Very close to the Terminal and Mercato Centrale and Duomo Florence👍👍"

"Our stay was ALMOST perfect. We got the wellness suite, and the sauna was broken for our entire stay. We asked to get maintenance in and check on it 3 times and they didn’t fix it because they thought it was working because they wouldn’t stay in the room long enough to make sure that it was working. We then asked turn down service one night to make sure that the sauna was on when we got back from a dinner, and reception didn’t do this. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine for our troubles but then no bottle opener, and we called for someone to get it open for us, but then reception said we needed to go up to the bar in order to open it which wasn’t the best service. We learned our lesson. The hotel was definitely a 4-star service… but then again we’ve had better service at other 4-star hotels. My husband and I will come back, but maybe we will just stay in a cheaper room that doesn’t have a sauna, and have a shorter stay."

"We had an amazing stay at IQ Hotel Firenze. Every single staff member we interacted with were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and stocked every day with a variety of drinks and snacks.The spa and free welcome drink were wonderful additions that made our stay special."
