"We absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesn’t spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyone’s expectations and dreams! "The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine.
Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing.
Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good!

"A great spot to rest close to the airport. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. However it was advertised as a 13min walk to the airport but it’s not really possible as you have to cross a major highway. Even though it is a 5-8min drive to the airport, the cab is still about €26. "
"The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy.
