"The kitchen was disgusting when we arrived. Food splattered on the wall, crusty ring around stove burner, left behind rice and crumbs in the cabinet, and nasty sauce that was still wet on top of the fridge. The “living room” smelled like dirty feet: couldn’t tell if it was the air conditioner, or the curtain above it. The floors were absolutely disgusting and have never been scrubbed. If you walked on them barefoot, the bottom of your feet turned black. The bedroom was decent and mostly clean. The bed was squeaky and there was mold all around the shower tile where it meets the tub. Parking was fine, staff was good, and pool was good. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. "

"Hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean and convenient. The A/C in my room was rattly so that was sort of annoying at night. Breakfast was good. I love the 24 hour complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and water. The pool was super cold but it was clean. The pool furniture is in sad shape though. "

"I hhad reservation. Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. Signs on window and do saying no check in before 3pm. Door was locked and lights off. No one around to talk to. Not what i would call even minimum service. I decided to go somewhere else.Have travel insurance so I will dispute room charge"
