Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. "I was surprised how nice my room was. The exterior is a bit run down but my room was very clean. The manager was amazing and helpful. AC and heat worked well. I was traveling alone but saw people walking pets around the area. "
