"This hotel had 4 stars so we were expecting a hotel with 4 star rating. We were disappointed. The room smelled musty. The floor needed a good cleaning. We didn’t sit on the bench because it looked dirty and stained. The breakfast was lacking but ok. The staff however, was friendly. "

"I don’t know how this property got the rating it did. No maintenance has been done at all. Lamp in the room did not work. When plugged into another socket, sparks flew! Unable to get any soap or lotion out of the dispensers. Walls were cracked and banged up and the entire place needs to be painted and fixed up. Tables in breakfast room were not kept clean and food just OK. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! "

"Our stay was okay. The beds were uncomfortable, very thin walls, and our bedding was tattered and very worn. It wasn't what we were expecting. "

"Beds were uneven. Bathtub was dirty, carpet was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was cold, there was no hot water for oatmeal, there was mix for waffles but waffle maker wasn’t working - there was no staff to talk to about issues. "

"The room was super clean and spacious! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and it was actually a swimmable temperature for me as well! All of the staff were super nice and helpful! Definitely will stay again!"
