"The staff at the front desk lobby were amazing"

"The room wasn't ready. They switched us to another room. That room was barely finished. The floors were soaked and stunk with extremely strong smell of Fabuloso. We had to wait with the door open for the smell to go away and floor yo dry. Our daughter had a room next to us that stunk like a dirty sponge. She had to move. The window sill had thick dust and bugs dried up. We weren't happy. The manager was nice to us and friendly. "

"Room and bed were great - three things 1, Unprofessional Staff - Tom - At Check in I submitted my tax exempt forms. He said that was to go to Hotels.com. I explained how I have done this many times and knew that wasnt correct - He got louder - spoke over me - and said "In his 40 years - they never..." The MOD was sweet and checked and discovered I was correct. No apologies from Tom Made it a very unpleasant check in 2) Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. 3) while hotel has been recently redone - the Lobby chairs were filthy."

"DIRTY!! The was a used toothpick, fake fingernail on the floor and a used washcloth in the bathroom when we checked in. Would not recommend "

"Property was in need of some makeovers, especially in the rooms. The front desk areas was mostly fine, although there was piles of boxes by the dining area (they appear to be under renovation) but not that big of a deal. Elevator was pretty bad though. Did not feel safe as it was very rickety and loud. Tried using the stairs one time but the carpet in there was pretty gross and stained. When we got to the room, it appeared clean until further inspection. Floors and general surfaces (counters, dresser, table, tub, toilet) were clean but the curtains were pretty badly ripped and quite stained. We couldn’t even close them all of the way and it was just gross to look at. The AC unit underneath them definitely had a musty smell but at least produced cold air. The small couch/ loveseat provided we ended up not using because of how dirty and broken it looked. It was actually caving in so it bowed in the middle (looked like the frame was possibly broken) and there were lots of stains, crumbs, and general grime that I was not going to imagine what happened to that poor couch. Didn’t even want my dogs going on it. Lastly was the bathroom. Like I said, overall it had been cleaned. No problem there. A few hairs but that’s pretty common for any hotel/ motel. But the “updates” were very budget. Mismatched bulbs, missing vent and bulb covers, paint job could use some improvements, tub stopper was missing. Got a good sleep but I’ve stayed at much better Motel 6s."

"Room was okay ac wasn’t working properly, bed was not comfortable. We were traveling back to west Texas from Ohio & stayed in Fairfield Inn & suits 4 different times in 4 states this one was the worst one. We just need to sleep so it worked"

"Get your ice and drinks when you know the bar is open is our recommendation. Otherwise everything else was nice and quiet."
