"The staff was extremely friendly, on top of their stuff and was very hosptial. However,the property itself was not AT ALL what was shown on the pictures for the property. We were expecting an updated, well maintained property that didn't look like it was falling apart and the staff doing their best to up keep it with what very little help they probably do get from Extended Stay America Corp. Very disappointed. There was so much draft coming from the outside through the door, the ac units filters hadn't been changed or cleaned in some time, leeks in every sink, chair looked liked it was picked up by the side of road and furniture beat up. I personally don't think it was worth the $75 we spent on the room. Now the staff....EXCELLENT! SUPER FRIENDLY and completely understanding of why we were there and did what they could to make both my husband n I comfortable as we could. I only wish i would have been able to thank them this morning before we left for my procedure this morning. "

"The breakfast amenities were surprisingly varied in food options and the staff was incredibly kind and even checked in with me by phone to see if there was anything they could do to help accommodate our stay. We were there because of a surgery I had at Good Samaritan that day and I couldn't be happier with our choice of lodging for the occasion. "

"Easy to find. It was raining pretty hard when we showed up so the parking/ballet situation was a bit of a cluster. Once we got in the lot though it was all taken care of. "

"Very friendly staff. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Bedroom was very comfortable and great sizes. The bathroom has marble walls and floor and very spacious. It was a nice experience."
