"I had to use my shoulder to get the door to open. As soon as I walked in, there was crunching under my feet. Only one light worked, and the door frame from inside the room was broken, and all of the paint and wallpaper was removed around it."

There was only enough hot water for maybe a 3 minute shower. The couch was covered in animal bair and it smelled like animal pee."
