"I stayed in the Modern Farmhouse room and honestly didn’t expect it to feel this homey. The open layout made the space feel bigger than it looks in photos, and I loved the rustic touches, like the wooden beams, earthy tones, and cute little details all came together nicely. It’s super well-equipped, with a full kitchen(event salt and papper) and huge balcony (a rare find in Bangkok). Location is super central too, we walked everywhere. "We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "

"Not worth the price. Too many stairs and steps, not good for elderly people. No lighting installed at the stair to 2nd floor. No snack provided with alcohol beverages at the restaurant/bar. Some of the plastic floor tiles around swimming pool were damaged and could easily cause an injury. No shaver provided."
