"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved being able to see the water and having a balcony. The hotel is new. There were only a few things that we would have loved to see improved. There is no closet, just 2 small hooks for clothes. We travel with a lot of hanging clothes. There's no tub so a handheld shower nozzle would be very helpful. We would stay here again. "

And when I arrived for check-in, Ms. Jayce was awesome!! We even laughed and chatted, which helped my day get better. She even accommodated me as well. I wasn’t expecting it because, as I said, Ms. Monyssa did help me. However, I like the fact that Jayc had the same willingness that her GM had.
