"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone.
