"This was a superb hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the bay side of Yokohama. The room for three was really spacious, with a great view of the harbour. The gardens in front of the hotel were also a lovely place to walk and take in the views. The reception and bar area on the 12th floor provided amazing views of the harbour and was a really relaxing space. Breakfast was also great and he’s highly recommended. The hotel was five minutes round the corner from a station and it was possible to walk along the harbour into the commercial area for shopping. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the great staff for making us stay enjoyable and easy. "

"Breakfast was a fixed menu every day. That became boring. We had to leave at 6:30 am and asked for a packed breakfast, but the hotel refused to accommodate us. Hotels all over the world do accommodate withy early check-outs. One day, we were the first to be seated for breakfast, but people who arrived much later were served before us! Very discriminatory. I had to complain 3 times."

"The breakfast was an upcharge but it was top notch. Both American and Japanese offerings. Fresh and delicious. The staff we all extremely professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable."
