My biggest complaint is that there is no AC and the apartament has poor ventilation, even when it was 55 outside the place felt really hot. We were also surprised when we return one afternoon to find someone working inside the apartment with cero communication to us. I texted Avanti to ask if they have approved this and received no answer."

"The gentlemen who greeted us upon arrival, ushered us to breakfast and helped us pack up our vehicle upon departure was phenomenal!!! He never missed a beat and was the most memorable host I have ever encountered at a hotel!!! The young gal who was putting out the food for breakfast was having a meltdown in front of customers and was speaking poorly of their staff who were preparing the food. It was not a good look. Overall, our stay was nice. Noise carried from room to room, so it was hard to sleep soundly between doors shutting, people talking, etc. The rooms were nice. The front lobby could use an upgrade (furniture, etc. was worn/dated)."
