"Came here on New Year’s. I was not expecting to be able to get a room. I was pleasantly surprised and so well taken care of. We were given an upgrade for free, which was absolutely amazing. We had one of the suites on the fourth floor. Thanks to the generous girl at the front desk. She made our stay even more amazing thank you so much and we will be back. The area is well known for its beauty and definitely walkable anywhere, although they did offer a shuttle service. "

"Staff was excellent! Love the Cinamon buns for breakfast! As I’m a picky eater never like muffins in hotel continental breakfasts. Thanks to Cinamon buns I had the breakfast at this hotel. Only thing we felt too warm in the night there was no way to regulate the heater so we opened the windows & we were fine. The TV didn’t work. My husband wanted to watch football on Christmas Day but he couldn’t on the TV. Other than it was an excellent stay! "

"The resort was excellent. Clean, tons of amenities. Workers were pleasant. Room was comfortable. Did have a surprise bill at the end where they charged $60 per day for valet and $50 per day for resort fee. This should have been discussed beforehand. "

"The 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was unbelievable. It had top of the line appliances, beds were comfortable, etc. On top of just being beautiful, the location to the village is steps away. We loved Lumber."
