food was pathetic. house keeping staff didnt even knock before entering the room for which even i blasted the housekeeping manager. will never suggest anyone for this property."

Very well-maintained heritage property at Kanatal. Nice rooms, I had an open terrace with a seating area that was my work station. The only issue was WiFi was not accessible in the rooms properly. These small improvements can make this property even better.

This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. I would rate in-house food 4/5. It has Amala Cafe nearby which also serves good food options. Auli cafe on the way from Chamba is...

This heritage property has been beautifully restored. The higher end rooms are beautifully done. The last category rooms may need refurbishment in the near future. There is a completely new wing with large rooms that can easily fit 3 people. Housekeeping may need a little more attention.
