"Was good Food down the Street the stay was good but +50 a day for parking +35 for just Breakfast and a $150-250 room I pay 220 a night thats one months of child support on my income the total cost for 2 days for me and my mom to just visit my kids cost $600 and so you know if your 1 min after your check out they charge you another $30 its sad that the once great holiday inn is now a penny pincher "

"I have stayed at several hotels downtown San Francisco and this hotel is my absolute favorite. Beautiful nautical style interior that is cozy and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal with front doors being opened for you by a doorman, front desk, restaurant, and bar staff are so friendly. The hotel restaurant food was also surprisingly delicious for breakfast and dinner, it was far from the typical hotel food. Compliments to our waitress she was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room large and nice. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and on a safe strip of road with plenty of restaurants, stores, and things to do. I will definitely be returning!"

"The lobby and breakfast area was spotless! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the attentive desk clerks. Our room was clean as well…and the beds were FANTASTICALLY comfortable with just the right amount of pillows! Susan, the staff at breakfast, was amazing! So friendly and helpful…she immediately found me a bandaid when she learned I had cut my finger (on my tweezers) …such a nice person! We will definitely be back soon!"

"Perfectly located, wonderful staff, love the coffee and hot chocolate. Even know they are remodeling some rooms to include full bathroom my stay was wonderful as always. Booking with Orbitz gives you the best prices. I recommend eating or just sitting at the bar downstairs. 10 minutes walk to China town . Trader Joe’s around the corner. "
