"Good hotel good location. Sometimes miserable shorty tempered staff at reception."

"The room was small and not that comfortable. Location was very average compared to the rest of the area. But the worst part was that the lobby actually caught on fire - fire department called, alarms going off, smoke in the hallways - and not one employee tried to help people with their bags or give anyone direction on where to go or what was going on. I ordered a beer that I was going to drink outside because the lobby was smoky and the bartender didn't even offer to comp the beer while the hotel was on fire. Won't be back."

"Best place we have ever stayed in SF with our young kids! We will definitely be back. Parking was very secure and easy with an elevator directly to your room floor. The view was incredible! Everything was very clean including the baby crib. There is a mini store with fruit, drinks, and snacks in the lobby for the kids. The restaurant food was delicious and the kids meal was FREE with an adult entree!! It even came with a drink and an ice cream bar for them! 12/10 experience all around, it really made the trip wonderful. TY :)"

"Hot tub was not working. My wife and I specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Definitely dissapointed, other than that it was fine . Location was good and staff was helpful . "
