We were extremely lucky to be the only guests on the main house which made our short stay to be very special! All the staff made us feel like special guests. The landscape is iidilic, the design of the room and common spaces is perfect! The wine tasting with food pairing is a must.

My husband and I stayed for four nights at the beginning of May 2011 and were very impressed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and spacious.Breakfast was typical Calabrian home baking and very plentiful. The owners were very helpful, giving directions for sightseeing and travel around the area. They recommended a nearby restaurant Re Ruggero which was fantastic. Marvellous food at a great price. One evening they even picked us up from a restaurant when it started to rain! We highly...

I had a wonderful stay at Mon Luxury Rooms! This was my first ever visit to Sicily and from the moment I walked into reception for check in, it’s no exaggeration to say that the staff there treated me as if I was one of their family - George, Sebastiano, Francesca and Caterina were all so kind, helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful too, spacious, good air conditioning, spotlessly clean and modern with a large balcony providing views out to sea and also Mount Etna. I didn’t use the spa but...

Beautiful hotel with scenic backdrop. Great service and attention to detail. Staff were above and beyond helpful.

Lovely little hotel! Great staff—special mention goes to Giuseppe in the bar. The hotel is in the perfect location for a Taormina stay: not right in the centre but close enough to get there with a five minute walk. The rooms are lovely (well, ours was)! Also the breakfasts are to die for; such a wide selection to cater for every taste. I don’t really have any negatives that I can think of.

Fabulous property and really warm welcome

I didn’t want to leave! This is a beautiful hotel with what feels like botanical gardens, an amazing pool and right on the beach with Etna always visible. The staff are all super friendly from reception, to the pool bar to the wine bar, and can help to book taxis. The pool and main restaurant served great food and if you want a cheaper meal there is a local restaurant next door on the beach. It is quite remote if you don’t have a car so ensure to book taxis early as they are pricey. We walked...

Had a great stay, everyone was very helpful and the place was very clean, definitely would stay again.

A true gem of a hotel. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rachel above all was superb and made our stay fantastic. Dinner recommendations was spectacular and the swim in the sea sublime thanks to the loungers reserved for us. A very positive experience and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was good although our shower was quite dated/small. Hotel and staff were very good as was the food.

The apartment has a great location, less than 10 minutes walk into town. However, most of that walk will be up lots of stairs so bear in mind if you have mobility issues. This does mean that there are great views from the apartment, as it is located on a cliffside. The accommodation itself is great: everything we needed for our short stay was provided and the heating was working very well (a good addition as it was fairly cold during our visit). Everything was in working order and Roberto was...

This hotel stands in a beautiful position on a hill with views out over the ocean. The service was great, staff were very helpful. Food was all self service with lots of choice. There is a lift down to the main road below and buses stop at this point.

I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding. Thank you...

On our way to Taormina nice stop

We absolutely loved our stay! From the friendly reception staff to the pool and spa facilities, it was awesome. The views and accessibility to the town were a bonus. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A great hotel with very friendly staff with the added bonus of a view of Etna from our balcony for my volcano obsessed son. Good food throughout the day and a decent pool. Beds were quite hard, which I thought would be a problem, but slept very well. Would recommend.

We booked this hotel because it was very reasonably priced. We had read some poor reviews and so were prepared for the worst - but we were so pleasantly surprised! The staff on reception were very pleasant indeed and upgraded us to a corner room with a sea view. Yes, the decor was a bit dated, but who’s looking at that when there are spectacular views of the sea, the town and the mountains?? The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The food was good - plenty of choice. The pool and...
