Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking.
He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc.
Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child.

"B&B Elegance is off the main route, walking distance to everything. The room was very comfortable; appreciated the extra amenities. Breakfast was at a little cafe close by; on a day when it was pouring rain, it would have been nice to have breakfast at the b&b. Otherwise it was a very nice stay in Taormina."

"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer.
