"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. "The mirror inside the room should not face the bed. There is an empty wall near the main door which would be a more suitable place to position the mirror. Regarding parking, the hotel should reserve indoor parking spaces for in-house guests. On the day of my stay, there was an event at the hotel and most of the indoor parking lots were occupied by non-guests. As a result, I had to park outside under the hot sun"

"The house is very new and equipped with high-quality appliances. The air conditioner is Mitsubishi, the microwave is Sharp, and there’s even a water filtration system that provides hot drinking water. Outside, there’s a Midea washing machine. Overall, everything is very clean, and so far I haven’t found any shortcomings. "

The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
