"Had a really good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, check in was a breeze, the front office staffs are very friendlt, the room was clean and spacious, bathroom for the city view king bed had a bathub in it, strong water pressure from the showers, buffet breakfast was good too, enjoyed the pastries and coffee from the espresso machines. Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."

"I went with family and extend family, booked two family rooms although I needed only one family room and one coupe room. Some limitation on Expedia app. Managed to get a check in early very helpful staff. Rooms themselves were quite nice with good comfy beds and filtered drinking water avaliable. "Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient. Highly recommended.and I would gladly stay here again!"

"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."
