Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."

"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...
