The room is perfect and staffs were friendly and helpful. One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. The reason was that numbers of customers have checked out lately and eventually the rooms were unavailable when we arrived. In addition, we went to the pool in the morning, we have found a number of kids were not behaving in the public area such as pouring drinks in...

I always stay here when visiting my mum, i Stayed 7 nights, overall is good, but the air conditioner was not working. The room temperature is 25 C, it's in middle of March. Temperature 15 C daytime outside. The service is still good, they gave me a fan.

Beautiful hotel. I was only there one night which was a shame, as I had no time to use any facilities at all.

Quiet close to Tianjin eye and other attractions

The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday! We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

A place that I had used on previous visit and find this hotel to offer a high standard professional service in all will return to this hotel

The building works went on all night and although it wasn't intrusive inside the hotel the traffic restriction and dust was noticable. Apart from that, great staff and a well kept hotel with good refreshment services. The metro stop will be another bonus once completed.

We stayed two nights during the 2024 New Years Arrived around noon and was checked in right away. The price was reasonable for the holiday season. Location is near the train station, the river and walking distance to attractions. Considering it is an older hotel it shows some wear but the price compensates for it. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was good and convenient. We used the pool and almost had it to ourselves. It's plenty big to lap swim. Plenty of free bottled water also they brought...
