"Fairly brand new hotel, Well designed but poorly maintained. Decent amenities, eateries aren’t nearby."

They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."
