"Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand."

"The housekeeper, Vinothini, maintained my room exceptionally well. I was impressed by her attention to detail and her kindness. The gym was fantastic. Lovely views from the top floor. The Spa was exceptional. Food was tasty, although a little on the expensive side. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my stay overall. The level of comfort is very high at this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, but the rooms needed some work. The breakfast restaurant staff customer service needed alot of improvement. Not worth the price. "

"Room was nice and clean. No noise from other rooms. So, slept well. Jacuzzi and Steam room awesome. Did not eat food in the hotel. So, can’t comment about that. Hotel room corridors unclean and was humid and no AC. Lobby has a light AC. After several complaints there was mild AC in the corridor. Why wouldn’t the hotel air condition the whole building? Don’t understand. Room service for coffee was so so. Coffee was like warm despite asking for extra hot. Very basic TV in the room"
