"Nice clean room. If a coinvent clean room is what you are looking for this is it. Room size is manageable but on the small size. Queen bed is a bit on the firm side but is was manageable. Location is excellent right in Hong Kong central and very accessible by bus or MTR. Check in was quick and staff at desk is very accommodating. It is very nice that you can leave your luggage with front desk on check out if you plan on doing activities after check out."

"Bet flexible when your customers Ask for a single tea bag,because they not feeling well Example: )for instance, I asked for a tea bag and was told not I your looking 3 day in your hotel Only l have housekeeping one day I declined this service for 2 day. Because I don't like to waste things I think your employees really ought to look at the kind of people someone Is and how they behave in your facilities...before denying them a tea bag .maybe next time is different Thanks for everything"

"We had a one night stay en route from Australia to England. The hotel is very clean and modern and our room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well set out. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our breakfast was great, with many choices at the buffet and the hotel shuttle bus was very convenient. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
