"We stayed here for three weeks in Jan-Feb 2018, and were impressed by the warm welcome (includes free, home-baked bread and home-cooked food), the clean and well-equipped apartment, and the beauty of the natural surroundings. Michael and Michelle took really good care of us, including cleaning/changing whenever we asked and doing laundry, as well as the food. "The staff and service at Dorsett was what stood out for us. We landed early and Dorsett was able to store our luggage. Since the hotel was within walking distance to Time Square, we were able to spend a few hours in the area and had a great time. The hotel shuttle staff was so friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to the MTR especially on the hot summer days in HK. Additionally, they gave us instructions on how to take local bus/subways to the destination we want. Lastly, we loved the self-laundry service - easy to use and very convenient. We've been travelling for over 10 days and having a hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg on laundry was great."
