"Property and amenities are exceptional. Location is prime, and staff are friendly. Some deferred maintenance in the rooms (stayed in two different units) that should be addressed to keep the units from a lower rating in the future. My only complaint is upon checkout I requested for an emailed receipt - that is still yet to be sent after almost 24hrs since checking out (it’s not in any of my inboxes)…And I was told the hold on my credit card would be released right away but my account still shows otherwise. Other than that, no other major issues. "
