"The hotel is fairly no frills but we was perfect. 2 towels, internet and you use your own streaming services. What it lacks in those things that may not be important to you, it covers with service! Always someone at the front door to welcome you and see you off for the day. The front desk is there to help with any situation. My AC wasn't working and they moved me to another room very quickly. The security at the front door booked a cab for me to the airport and made sure I had a photo of what I should be charged. And the front desk has your room checked to make sure you didn't leave anything behind before you leave. I loved that! Location is perfect and easy walk to any office in BCG area. Lively area almost 24x7 and I always felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!"
