"Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service "

"My family had a fantastic experience at The Springs Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and tasteful with nice design choices. The service from front desk staff was top notch. They take extra effort to personalize your experience. The hot springs were perfect - a lot to explore onsite, which was perfect with 2 young kids. We loved it!"

"Good restaurant. Comfy beds with great AC in rooms. Beautiful scenery and gardens. Be aware accommodations are duplexes up a hill with walking to your rooms only. Cars are left down at reception. Golf cart was not working when we arrived. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. "

"Clean room, spacious place for 2 adults and 3 kids. Delicious fresh fruits on breakfast. Great springs pools with different temperatures. Only one con is a very crowded during the weekend. The staff allow day pass, probably that is the reason"

"It was just extremely dated it looked like the Flintstones designed and decorated it. The pool could be nicer and better tbh, however the view was incredible!! I also believe they can have a nicer and indoor breakfast area; especially because it rains a lot and it was wet and out in the open. "
