"The location is really good and very near to the adventures and conveniently located near the downtown. Most of the tours have a pick up in this area and hence we do not have to travel far for pick-ups.
The hotel had a homely comfort and family friendly as well. Depending on the weather, you can view the Arenal volcano from the pool.
The staff is very friendly and even helped with first-aid. However I feel they are short-staffed and it would help if someone helps with the reception for long...
