"The property is fantastic. You are in the middle of the rainforest with wildlife all around. There are lots of activities to fill your time, or you can lounge around one of the pools or in your own plunge pool. The spa services were excellent."

"The location is really good and very near to the adventures and conveniently located near the downtown. Most of the tours have a pick up in this area and hence we do not have to travel far for pick-ups. The hotel had a homely comfort and family friendly as well. Depending on the weather, you can view the Arenal volcano from the pool. The staff is very friendly and even helped with first-aid. However I feel they are short-staffed and it would help if someone helps with the reception for long...

"The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel."
