Perfect Stay

My stay at the Fortuna Guest House was perfect. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities in the room. The location is a short walk from the Island of Ortigia, The host Antonino was very friendly and helpful and made check in clear and convenient. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Pleasant Surprise and Great Stay

At first, I thought I had made the wrong decision when I saw the building from the outside. But once I entered the room, I realized it had everything I needed. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet, with plenty of parking available. While Isla Ortigia was a bit far to walk, most other points of interest were within a 2 km radius. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay!

Ale (Alessandro) is an excellent and gracious host. The room is immaculate and spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower is also spacious. Very soundproof space and restful sleep! There is street parking nearby but if you can't find a free spot, the parking lot across the street is only 6 Euros a day for spacious, well-lit parking. Great pizzeria just downstairs.

The bed is very comfortable!!! The room is very spacious. The balcony was a nice touch! I also loved the pods of coffee and that they offered a free cleaning service everyday. The neighborhood is quiet, and walking distance to both Ortigia Island and the park of Archeology. It is also very close to a futball stadium. There is a scooter and bike rental on the streets a few blocks away too. I strongly recommend staying here!!!

Antonino gentilissimo e ottimo punto di riferimento. Check-in facile e veloce. Apprezzata la colazione con caffè e brioches. La stanza, al piano terra, soffre un po’ di umidità che si nota in bagno e nei muri. Sfortunamente in questi giorni abbiamo trovato dei lavori nella strada davanti quindi era molto rumoroso fin da mattina presto ma sono certo che in condizioni normali non sia così. Ristoranti e locali più vicini si trovano ad Ortigia a 15 min a piedi

Perfekte Unterkunft für unsere Sizilienrundreise

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, eine Flasche Wasser und Kaffeekapseln und Weingläser auf dem Zimmer. Ein frisches Croissant zum Frühstück haben wir gerne auf dem kleinen Balkon eingenommen. Die Lage ist ideal um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus. Der Besitzer, er spricht Deutsch, hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.
