Fantastic location, clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff - this is a great option in Ortigia. The rooms are quiet without street noise and the staff were very helpful in organizing offsite, secure parking for our rental car.The room was missing a few amenities like a safe (there were instructions to use one), a few additional toiletries like body wash and conditioner, and an iron. Definitely add this one to your list of places to stay.

The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. Very attentive and accommodating staff. We were able to drive to location to unload bags, then staff arranged valet parking which is worth the 25euros as the narrow streets can be challenging with a larger vehicle. Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel tips. Room was very large and comfortable with modern amenities in a beautiful older building that is photo worthy. Highly recommend this place.
